• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer an account or its balance to another individual

Iscr2u grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

In all cases, iscr2u's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member into their iscr2u account within the thirty (30) days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

Iscr2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• Iscr2u has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Account inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months
• An order or directive has been issued by the relevant authority

Should an account be terminated due to a Terms violation, iscr2u reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation finds no evidence of fraud, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting iscr2u customer support. Any remaining balance after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met will be processed for withdrawal within the specified timeframe.
